Guardianship
If you have been informed that a loved one is unable to make personal and medical decisions, let my office prepare all the documents required for you to obtain a guardianship. I will also attend Court hearings with you and be available to answer all of your questions. If you are unable to serve as guardian, I may be able to assist you with that as well.
Conservatorship
If your loved is unable to handle financial affairs let my office assist you to become the conservator of the estate. I will walk you through the entire process and help you file the required reports with the Court.
